Japanese traditional sake brewing has been registered as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO.

Sake has been attracting attention for a long time. Finally Japanese traditional Sake, Shochu, Awamori and other alcohol brewing techniques are recognized this time. 　There are lots of local Sake all over Japan, and we recommend visiting Sake breweries. Please try it!!
